You must have a signed Internet Agreement form on file to use the Internet at Mountain Shadows Middle School. This permission form was in your Registration packet. If you don't have a permission form on file, (and you think you should) check at the front office to get a new one. You are only to use the school Internet for school-related items.
TO USE A LIBRARY COMPUTER FOR RESEARCH, YOU WILL NEED TO:
- Check in at the Circulation Desk
- Confirm that you have a signed Internet Agreement form on file
- Give the Librarian or Aide your Student ID card
- Get a computer assigned
- Place the computer tag on the front of the computer while you use it
WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED:
· Bring the computer tag back to the circulation desk and get your ID
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MY ID CARD?
Computer #13 and #14 will not need a computer tag to be used, as they are only for looking up books in our library.
You will have ONE "free" usage per month without an ID card, but you need to get special permission for that privilege.
WILL I NEED MY ID TO USE THE COMPUTER WHEN MY CLASS IS IN THE LIBRARY?
No. If your teacher has requested the Library for your class, the
computers will be available as needed for your project.
