In response to our information letter about Mountain Shadows Middle School being in Program Improvement and the offering of Supplemental Educational Services to students who meet certain requirements, you may have requested tutoring services for your child. If your child has been identified as qualifying for our Supplemental Educational Services (SES), you may request the provider of your choice. Please complete the form sent to you and return it to the Mountain Shadows Middle School office as soon as possible. Please return the form even if you are no longer interested in obtaining these services.
